Shipping & Returns


All in-stock orders are shipped within 48-72 hours. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding national holidays. Orders placed on weekends are processed the following Monday. You will be notified via e-mail when your parcel has shipped. If you do not receive your order confirmation in the expected shipping time listed above, please contact customer service here.

Please note that orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

If you select Standard Shipping, you'll receive your order in 5-7 business days. If you select Priority Shipping, you’ll receive your order within 2-4 business days. Please note that we don't currently offer an overnight shipping option.

Since all of our products are handmade in small orders, occasionally items have a delayed shipping date. We will keep you informed.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your order date. 

Items must be returned in their original condition. We do not cover the return shipping cost, but exchanges will be shipped out at no additional cost.

Please complete the return form found in your original packaging, including which item(s) you are returning, quantity of item(s) and the reason for your return. (We cannot guarantee all items will be in stock for exchanges.)

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or a refund will be issued.

  • Items are no longer eligible for return or exchange after 30 days of purchase and are considered final sale.  
  • Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
  • Any fees associated with shipping will not be refunded.
